Production
Our mushrooms don't grow in fields, but in containers – under perfect conditions: sterile, controlled, and independent of the weather. The substrate consists of local, organic byproducts such as straw, hay, or sawdust and is returned to the cycle as fertilizer after harvesting.
This is how a sustainable circular economy is created: regional, resource-efficient, future-oriented.
